IOWA CCI Action Fund

IOWA CCI Action Fund

The Dakota Access Pipeline is a threat to soil and water across eighteen counties in Iowa. A leak will impact millions of people along the Missouri and Mississippi Rivers. It is not a question of IF there will be a leak, but WHEN!

DAPL is already violating their agreement with the Iowa Utilities Board. They are ruining top soil, leaving scrap metal buried in farm fields, and have even hired private security personnel to attack and illegally detain water protectors.

Given this sort of behavior during the construction of the pipeline, how can DAPL be trusted to monitor and maintain the pipeline in the future?? They can't be, plain and simple.

Please sign and share this letter to the Iowa Utilities Board, asking them to halt construction until these violations are addressed.
